Frontier Stride ("Frontier Stride", "we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. We build and license the School ERP and loan-management software (together, the "Services"). We do not sell physical goods, and we do not ship anything by courier, post, or any physical carrier.
Once a licence or subscription is activated, access to our Services is provided digitally — for example, through a web application, a mobile application, or login credentials issued to your institution. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or transit times associated with obtaining our Services.
After payment is confirmed, we aim to provision access to the relevant Service within a reasonable time, as agreed with your institution during onboarding. Any onboarding schedule, data-migration timeline, or training plan will be communicated separately and does not constitute "shipping" of a physical product.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including if we begin offering any physical merchandise or hardware alongside our software. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
