Note for customisation: like the Privacy Policy, this is a sound general-purpose starting point, not a finished contract for a live lending product. Before onboarding paying school or lender customers, have these terms reviewed against your actual licensing model, support commitments, and (for the lending tool) any applicable financial-services obligations.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frontier Stride website (frontierstride.com) and our software products, including the School ERP and the loan-management tools (together, the "Services"), provided by Frontier Stride, a sole proprietorship based in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, India. By accessing this website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, lending institution, or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Frontier Stride develops and licenses software for two purposes: administrative management for schools (the School ERP), and operational management of lending activity (the loan-management tools). Specific features, availability, and pricing for each product will be described separately when that product is made available to customers.
Our Services are intended for use by schools, educational institutions, lending institutions, and their authorised staff, not for use directly by individual students or minors. Where an account is created to access the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
When you use the School ERP or loan-management tools, you (or your institution) remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the appropriate basis to collect and process that data, including student records and loan-applicant records. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle that data on your behalf.
The Services, including all software, design, text, and graphics on this website, are the property of Frontier Stride or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services; they grant only the limited right to use the Services as intended.
Where a Service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be set out separately at the time you subscribe or purchase a licence. Continued use of a paid Service after fees become due is conditional on payment in accordance with those terms.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify licensed customers of material changes affecting them.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Stride disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier Stride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account that breaches these Terms, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other users, our systems, or the data held within the Services. You may stop using the Services, or request closure of a licensed account, at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for licensed institutional customers, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
