Frontier Stride ("Frontier Stride", "we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. We build and license the School ERP and loan-management software (together, the "Services"). We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical products. Because there is no physical item to send back, this Service does not support returns in the conventional retail sense.
Access to our Services is provided digitally, under a software licence or subscription. There is no physical unit, packaging, or courier shipment involved at any stage of delivery, and consequently there is no return shipping, restocking, or exchange process to describe.
If you no longer wish to use a Service you have licensed, you may cancel or request non-renewal of your subscription at any time by contacting us. This stops future access and billing but is not a "return" in the sense of sending anything back to us.
Questions about fees already paid — including error charges or refund eligibility — are addressed separately in our Refund Policy, not this Return Policy, since they concern billing rather than the return of goods.
We may update this Return Policy from time to time, for example if we ever begin offering any physical merchandise or hardware alongside our software. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
